Refund Policy

Because course content is digital and becomes available immediately after payment, course fees are generally non-refundable once access has been granted.

We will refund or correct a payment if: you were charged twice for the same course; or we cancel a course before it starts. Please contact us within 7 days on WhatsApp 071 124 4485 with your order number.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–14 working days.
