ICAA Fashion Campus (Pvt) Ltd (“we”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect when you use icaafashions.com and lms.icaafashions.com.

Information we collect

• Account details: name, email, mobile number, district and, optionally, address, NIC and date of birth (used for certificates).
• Learning data: enrolled courses, lesson progress, assignment submissions, quiz results and live class attendance.
• Payment data: order details and bank slips you upload. Card payments are processed by PayHere — we never see or store your card number.
• Security data: login times, IP addresses and video viewing logs, used only to protect your account and our course content.

How we use it

To provide your courses, issue certificates, confirm payments, send class reminders and important notices, and keep the platform secure. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can update your details in your student profile, or contact us to correct or delete your data (except records we must keep for accounting).
